The project aims to provide tranquil living spaces while fostering community engagement, prioritizing natural light, and integrating shared areas to enhance daily life and support diverse household structures.

Hubud plans to open a larger venue in Ubud, Bali, expanding its successful coworking model for locals, visitors, and expats. The design uses light and shadow inspired by the local Kokokan bird, creating a calm atmosphere with Balinese principles and sustainable materials.
